If any items fail to meet your expectations, simply return the item in a new unused condition along with the return form located on the reverse side of your invoice within 30-days for refund on your purchase price, or after 30-days up to 365-days for a store credit or exchange.

If you are unsatisfied for any reason, our products are backed by a 30 day money back guarantee. Applicable to products only. Returns received between 30 - 365 days may be returned for store credit or exchange. Blue Sky Cycling does not charge any restocking fee’s, all we ask is that you be responsible for your own shipping costs. Standard S&H will apply on exchanges. (CA Residents) Sales Tax will apply.

Returns & Exchanges Procedure: 

Blue Sky Cycling has made returns and exchanges simple. No RMA needed, please fill out the form located on the backside of your original invoice, and follow the returns instructions. Please include the form inside along with your returned items, and we'll take care of the rest.  Our system will email you a confirmation once the return or exchange has been processed for you records.
