CONSTRUCTION OCEANWEAVE® 600D reclaimed fishnet polyester with waterproof polyurethane coating.
Water-resistant stitched construction.
MOUNTING SYSTEM Heavy-duty seat rail buckle and straps, pull up to tighten.
3 rubberized, modular seatpost straps with CAMLOCK, ensure things stay tight, while eliminating potential damage to clothing. Can use 2 or 3, in varied positions.
